Xtreme Brands Strengthens Management Team Ahead of Next Growth Phase
Małgorzata Gala and Stanisława Dalczyńska join Xtreme Brands to reinforce the company’s capacity to manage scale, operational efficiency, and organisational culture.
As Xtreme Fitness Gyms continues its rapid expansion – having cemented its position as the leader in the Polish fitness market in 2025 – the company is systematically strengthening its management structure. Two seasoned leaders have joined the team, bringing fresh energy and the competencies essential to scaling the business and expanding its offering. Małgorzata Gala took up the role of Corporate Clubs Director in October, while Stanisława Dalczyńska stepped in as HR Director in November. Both executives bring extensive experience that will prove invaluable to Xtreme Brands’ continued development.
Architect of Scale and Efficiency – Małgorzata Gala, Corporate Clubs Director
Małgorzata Gala is a seasoned executive and expert in business development, sales, and the implementation of modern solutions within the fitness industry. She holds degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Academy of Physical Education – a distinctive combination of business acumen and sports expertise that aligns perfectly with the strategy and profile of Xtreme Brands.
At Xtreme Brands, she is responsible for strategic project development and for implementing the processes and technologies that support the growth of the corporate clubs network. She describes her professional philosophy as follows:
I am passionate about bringing together people, processes and technology to unlock new growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.
For People, With People, For the Business – Stanisława Dalczyńska, HR Director
Stanisława Dalczyńska joined the Xtreme Brands team in November, bringing over 30 years of experience across HR and finance, performance management, and organisational cost optimisation. This cross-functional background allows her to translate people strategies directly into business outcomes.
As HR Director at Xtreme Brands, she is responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that underpins the growth of the Group’s brands and supports its long-term business objectives. Her key areas of focus include leadership development, embedding a culture of accountability, process optimisation, and maximising the strategic value of human capital.
A strong organisation is built on people who understand the mission, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of results’, says Dalczyńska. ‘My work is focused on creating an environment where individual growth has a real and tangible impact on business growth.
Her dual expertise in HR and finance gives her a holistic view of the organisation – from culture and engagement through to operational performance and value creation. Her goal is to build Xtreme Brands into a workplace where people find purpose, fulfil their potential, and work together to achieve ambitious business goals.
Experienced Leaders Strengthen the Team and Accelerate Xtreme Brands’ Growth
In 2025, the Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS networks maintained strong momentum – together opening 64 new locations and steadily expanding their footprint across Poland, establishing Xtreme Brands as one of the most active operators in the fitness and lifestyle segment. Sustaining such a pace of growth requires simultaneous investment in management capability and the consolidation of operational and HR processes.
The appointments of Małgorzata Gala and Stanisława Dalczyńska represent a significant strengthening of the leadership team at a time of intensive expansion and ongoing organisational development. Their experience is a real asset as we pursue our ambitious plans for 2026. We are confident that their expertise will help us deliver on our growth strategy while building a modern organisation grounded in high operational standards and a strong team culture – said James Cotton, CEO of Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS.
