Launch of Xtreme Kids concept 2022
A new concept created by Łukasz Dojka and Łukasz Nowakowski – Xtreme KiDS. The first play centre opens on April 2nd.

Establishment of Xtreme Brands as an umbrella organisation, comprising: XF Franchise sp. z o.o. (Xtreme Fitness Gyms) and Zdrowe Maluchy sp. z o.o. (Xtreme KiDS)
100th Xtreme Fitness Gyms club 2024
A total of 42 new gyms and 2 Xtreme KiDS locations open during the year. The network closes the year with 100 Xtreme Fitness Gyms clubs and 4 Xtreme KiDS locations.
bValue Fund investment 2025
In April 2025, Xtreme Brands enters a strategic partnership with bValue Fund, which acquires a minority stake and supports further growth
New strategic mission 2025
A new long-term mission is defined – to become a leading franchise brand in the CEE wellbeing sector, targeting 750 locations by 2030 in Poland and international markets, through multiple franchise formats
