Innovation & Technology
We are building a data-driven organisation. We use demand analytics and geomarketing in location selection, develop Business Intelligence (BI) systems to manage the network, and standardise processes while measuring performance across all operations. We also test new training formats and product partnerships – first through pilot programmes, and then scale them across the entire network.
