Xtreme Fitness Gyms is the largest and fastest-growing fitness club network in Poland. Since 2012, we have continuously invested in the growth of our brand and strengthened our market position. Today, more than 160 clubs operate under the Xtreme Fitness Gyms banner – and we’re not stopping there! Together with our franchisees, we plan to open 750 fitness clubs by 2030.
What We’re Looking For?
- Locations in cities with populations above 15,000;
- Space in standalone buildings, retail parks, or shopping centres with customer parking;
- Premises between 500 and 1,000 m², with a minimum ceiling height of 3 m and floor load capacity of 500 kg/m².
What We Offer?
- We are a reliable tenant;
- We sign lease agreements for a minimum of 10 years;
- We build an active member base ahead of opening through pre-sale campaigns.
Our clubs drive additional footfall to shopping centres and retail parks, benefiting the wider property.
