Jowita Pawlak joins Xtreme KiDS

8 June 2026

On 18 May 2026, Jowita Pawlak joined the Xtreme KiDS team, taking on the role of Kids Experience and Programme Manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for developing programmes, workshops, events, and the standards that shape the experience of children and parents across play centres operating under the Xtreme KiDS brand

Jowita will be tasked with strengthening an area that is becoming increasingly important to the brand's development. Xtreme KiDS is a format that stands apart from conventional play centres, positioning itself as a space for healthy play that brings together physical activity, education, and creativity, while giving children the opportunity to develop their social skills. The brand operates under a franchise model, which means that the programme, service standards, and overall customer experience need to be not only appealing to local communities, but also consistently replicable across new venues.

The newest member of the team will focus on precisely this area: designing engaging activities for children, developing original entertainment and educational programmes, events, and workshops. Her role will involve working to ensure a consistent brand experience across all Xtreme KiDS locations, regardless of where they are based. In practice, this means bringing together the educational, operational, and customer perspectives — from the concept behind each activity and the way it is delivered to the experience of families who return regularly to spend time together, stay active, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Jowita Pawlak brings extensive experience in the education sector, specialising in the design and implementation of educational and entertainment programmes, as well as customer experience management. At Xtreme KiDS, she will develop projects that allow children to explore the world through play, movement, and hands-on experience — precisely at the point where the needs of young children, the expectations of parents, and the operational standards of the network all come together.

Xtreme KiDS is growing, and as the brand develops, the quality of the programme and the consistency of the experience across our venues becomes ever more important. We want every location to be a place where children not only have a great time, but naturally develop their physical skills, curiosity, and friendships. Jowita's experience in designing educational and entertainment programmes will be a valuable asset as we continue to build out and refine this area  – says Beata Kaleta-Lipczyńska, Head of Brand Xtreme KiDS.

At Xtreme KiDS venues, children have access to zones dedicated to active play, free play, birthday parties, group classes, and other activities that support physical fitness and creativity. The comfort of parents is also central to the concept — the X-Cafe zone is built into every venue as a dedicated space for adults to relax or work.

The most engaging projects for children come to life when we take play seriously — as a natural way of learning, building confidence, physical skills, and relationships. At Xtreme KiDS, I want to develop programmes that are genuinely appealing to children, while also being well designed from the perspective of parents and the teams running the venues – says Jowita Pawlak, Kids Experience & Programme Manager Xtreme KiDS.

Xtreme KiDS develops the concept of active play centres for children, combining physical activity, education, and social development. The brand is part of the Xtreme Brands group and operates under a franchise model, offering partners support across location selection, opening, brand standards, marketing, and day-to-day operations.

Is a Franchise Worth It? The Questions to Ask Before Signing the Agreement

What stops many people from starting a business is not a lack of ideas, but a lack of confidence. They don't fully trust their own calculations, the potential of a given location, or whether they will be able to manage a team, put together an offering, and win their first customers. Bringing all of these elements together is also a major challenge — and doing so, of course, without burning through cash in the first few months.

It falls to them to plan the investment, prepare the premises for opening, recruit and train a team, and design a sales system — as well as manage it day to day.
