We have opened our third Xtreme Fitness Gyms club in Opole

9 June 2026

On 20 May 2026, we opened another Xtreme Fitness Gyms club. This is our 177th location in Poland, the 9th in Opole Voivodeship, and the third in Opole itself — a location that will be particularly convenient for residents of the north-eastern part of the city and for those who regularly visit the Turawa Park retail and service complex.

The new gym in Opole covers 966 m² and is located in one of the largest retail and service complexes in the area. Turawa Park, situated at 1 Dębowa Street in Zawada near Opole, is home to more than 60 shops and service outlets and is just ten minutes from the centre of Opole. Its location is a major advantage for prospective members — visiting the club does not require a special trip. They can drop in for a workout on the way to work, on the way home, after shopping, or alongside any other everyday errand.

What Sets It Apart?

The club's offering has been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of members. Across 966 m², the following zones have been created:

  •  HYROX,
  • free weights,
  • glute zone,
  • cardio,
  • functional training,
  • Air Zone,
  • strength machines,
  • a fitness studio and a spinning studio.

This layout means that in a single club, members can complete a classic strength session, an endurance workout, a conditioning session, prepare for a HYROX competition, or take part in group classes.

Group Classes

Particular emphasis has been placed on group classes, as for many people they are the easiest way to start moving regularly. The Xtreme Fitness Gyms Opole Turawa timetable includes a wide range of options, tailored to different fitness levels and training goals — whether that is burning calories, building strength, or improving overall fitness.

The classes are likely to appeal in particular to those who prefer to follow a structured plan under the guidance of an instructor. The timetable includes BPU — an endurance and strength session focused on the lower body, core, and stabilising muscles. The class combines a straightforward aerobic component with strengthening exercises, helping to improve endurance, tone the body, and strengthen the core and glutes.

For beginners, the club also offers X Start — a four-session programme led by a gym instructor. The programme allows new members to get to know the club, learn the fundamental exercises, work on their technique, and build a consistent training routine. This means beginners do not have to start by putting together their own training plans. They can join group classes, benefit from the support of an instructor, or work through the X Start programme, which makes it easier to get comfortable with the club and the basic exercises. Those who already have experience, on the other hand, can train independently in the strength and functional zones.

Turawa Park is a place that residents of Opole and the surrounding area visit on a regular basis, so it was important to us that the club would be easy to use every day — not just well equipped. This is my third Xtreme Fitness Gyms club in Opole, and I can see clearly that members' needs vary enormously. Some are looking for group classes and the motivation of an instructor, while others want a serious strength workout, and others come in early before work or in the evening when they have a moment to themselves. At Turawa Park, we wanted to bring all of those needs together in one well-organised space – says Mateusz Rzemiński, franchise partner of Xtreme Fitness Gyms Opole Turawa.

The growth of the Xtreme Fitness Gyms network is not simply about opening new locations. The brand is committed to opening clubs in locations that fit naturally into people's daily routines. Working out should not require any logistical effort. In fitness, it is precisely these details — location, opening hours, the variety of classes, and the availability of equipment — that often determine whether we train regularly or not.

Is a Franchise Worth It? The Questions to Ask Before Signing the Agreement

What stops many people from starting a business is not a lack of ideas, but a lack of confidence. They don't fully trust their own calculations, the potential of a given location, or whether they will be able to manage a team, put together an offering, and win their first customers. Bringing all of these elements together is also a major challenge — and doing so, of course, without burning through cash in the first few months.

The decision to open your own fitness club is about far more than choosing the right location and equipment. A future owner has to take on several areas of work all at once. It falls to them to plan the investment, prepare the premises for opening, recruit and train a team, and design a sales system — as well as manage it day to day.
