Xtreme Brands as a Strategic Partner of the Franchise Fair 2026

12 March 2026

On March 19–20, the Franchise Fair 2026 will take place at the PGE Narodowy stadium in Warsaw – one of the most significant events focused on the franchise market in Poland. Among the strategic partners of the event is the Xtreme Brands group, which develops the Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS networks.

Diversification at Scale

Xtreme Fitness Gyms has surpassed 160 locations across Poland, reinforcing its position as the country’s leading fitness club network. The chain’s rapid expansion is the result of a decade of consistently executed scaling strategy and a well-developed operational model.

2026 is set to be equally dynamic, with over 100 planned openings across both franchise concepts: Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS. These ambitious growth targets reflect the maturity and replicability of the system, as well as the high operational standards that translate, for investors, into greater predictability and confidence in running a business.

A decade of experience has laid a solid foundation for further diversification. The development of the Xtreme KiDS format naturally expands the target audience to include children and parents, creating a broader ecosystem of services centred around physical activity for the whole family. This strengthens the brand’s ties with local communities while significantly increasing its market potential.

Momentum and Transparency

Rapid growth is not just about numbers and new locations – above all, it is about responsibility for maintaining quality and consistency across the entire organisation. At this scale, clear principles, well-defined goals, and day-to-day operations grounded in reliable data become essential.

In the models developed by Xtreme Brands, data transparency is not just a communication tool, but a core operational standard. A network of over 160 Xtreme Fitness Gyms locations, alongside the growing Xtreme KiDS chain, requires consistent analytical tools, measurable KPIs, and structured performance reporting. We continuously review and benchmark our data, allowing us to respond immediately whenever we identify deviations from our target indicators. This gives our franchise partners greater confidence says James Cotton, CEO of Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS.

Market Potential

Xtreme Brands’ origins date back to a time when both the fitness market and the children’s activity segment were still in their early stages of development – when industry standards, operational models, and customer awareness were just beginning to take shape.
Today, both areas represent a stable and increasingly professional segment of the services market – something that Xtreme Brands has helped shape through the standards it has developed. The market potential remains strong. Growing health awareness, evolving lifestyles, and increasing demand for structured physical activity mean the market is still far from saturated and continues to offer room for responsible expansion.

Considering that over 1,800 municipalities across Poland still lack a professional fitness club, we see significant potential for further growth. We want physical activity to become an integral part of everyday life across the country, which is why smaller towns – where the market remains largely untapped – are a key focus for us – adds James Cotton.

Xtreme Brands at the Fair

Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS have become a strategic partner of the Franchise Fair, taking place on March 19–20 at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw. Their presence aims to showcase how to build a stable and predictable business with real growth potential, while also sharing first-hand experience of working within the franchise system.

Our support begins even before the decision to join the system is made. Franchisees undergo training that prepares them to run a club and handle day-to-day operational challenges. We support partners in location assessment, contract negotiations, team recruitment, and marketing activities. We also provide access to marketing and IT tools that help drive sales from day one. Each partner works with a dedicated franchise manager, who serves as a permanent point of contact with headquarters. This means that even individuals with no prior business experience can successfully enter the system with hands-on support – says Filip Puchalski, Commercial Director of Xtreme Brands, who will speak at the event on March 20.

During the Franchise Fair 2026, Xtreme Brands invites attendees to visit Stand No. 14, where visitors can meet the team, explore the franchise models in detail, and learn what working with the brand looks like in practice.

The event program also includes presentations from company representatives:

  • March 19 at 11:30 a.m. Marcin Nowak, Marketing Director of Xtreme Brands: ‘Marketing is oxygen – discover the secret of a business that generates revenue from day one’.
  • March 20 at 12:15 p.m. Filip Puchalski, Commercial Director Xtreme Brands: ‘A franchise that supports you – what to look for when choosing a franchise’.

For those considering a franchise investment, this is an opportunity not just to hear promises, but to have a concrete conversation – about the support model, operational processes, entry costs, and what collaboration actually looks like beyond the presentation stage, in everyday business practice.

Is a Franchise Worth It? The Questions to Ask Before Signing the Agreement

What stops many people from starting a business is not a lack of ideas, but a lack of confidence. They don't fully trust their own calculations, the potential of a given location, or whether they will be able to manage a team, put together an offering, and win their first customers. Bringing all of these elements together is also a major challenge — and doing so, of course, without burning through cash in the first few months.

It falls to them to plan the investment, prepare the premises for opening, recruit and train a team, and design a sales system — as well as manage it day to day.
